Consulting and representation in these areas, including contentious matters, drafting of contracts, intellectual property rights searches, prosecution of registration proceedings, opposition proceedings, licensing, management of trademark portfolios.
Career and Experience
Studies at the Faculty of Law and the Institute of Computational Linguistics of the University of Zurich. First professional experiences at E. Blum & Co. in 2005 and repeatedly during studies. Joined the trademarks division of E. Blum & Co. AG in 2012.
Certificate of Advanced Studies in International Business Transactions and Technology Transfer (University of Zurich, 2020).
Head of Program for the certificate course CAS Intellectual Property Paralegal at the ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, since 2022. Lecturer in Swiss Trademark Law for the certificate course CAS Intellectual Property Paralegal at the ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, since 2020.
Solid programming experience through the conception and implementation of various web publishing and application development projects (HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, MSSQL, VB, Java, etc.) as well as comprehensive knowledge and practice in digital image processing and illustration.
Joined E. Blum & Co. AG in 2005.
