Legal advice and legal representation in these areas, conflicts and contentious matters, enforcement, drafting of contracts and legal opinions, intellectual property rights searches, prosecution of registration proceedings, opposition proceedings, licensing, management of trademark portfolios.

Bachelor and Master of Law, Universities of St. Gallen and Paris-Dauphine (2015–2021); Admitted to the bar (2022); CAS in Financial Market Regulation/Law from the University of Zurich (2025); Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of St. Gallen, Chair for Private, Commercial, and Economic Law under Prof. Dr. iur. Vito Roberto, LL.M. (2018-2020); Legal intern at a Zurich-based business law firm, a court of first instance, and the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI) (2020–2022); Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Zurich, Chair for Business, Competition and Intellectual Property Law under Prof. Dr. iur. Peter G. Picht, LL.M. (2022–2023).
Court clerk in Division II of the Federal Administrative Court, working in the areas of Financial Market, Intellectual Property, Competition, and Education Law (2023–2025).
