This includes e.g. diagnostic and therapeutic techniques, methods, and devices. Therapy and diagnostics, however, are excluded from patent protection in most countries. Yet devices and chemical compounds for such applications can usually be patented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Medtech encompasses a vast number of fields, which are best handled by a patent attorney with specialized knowledge.
