Selected fields are waste disposal, such as waste incineration and waste water treatment, but also the recycling of materials, the reduction of air pollution, the reduction of CO<sub>2<\/sub>&nbsp;emission or CO<sub>2<\/sub>&nbsp;removal from the air, improvements in the use of renewable energies, and pollutant analysis. Many improvements in these fields can be patented. In waste incineration, as one example, the efficiency of the combustion can be enhanced or the fuel consumption and\/or the generation of pollutants can be reduced. CO<sub>2<\/sub>&nbsp;can removed from exhaust gas with higher yields.
