Studies of Electrical Engineering at the Leibniz University of Hanover. Admitted as European Patent Attorney since 1999. Admitted as German Patent Attorney since 2004.
20 years of experience as in-house patent counsel in the electronics and IT industry: Patent attorney and deputy department head at Philips Intellectual Property & Standards GmbH in Germany. Senior Patent Attorney and head of the IP Department of the IBM Zurich Research Laboratory. IP Counsel, IBM Research, Europe. Since 2019 accredited as Innosuisse Special Coach (Start-Up Coaching/Scale-Up Coaching).
