General counseling in intellectual property rights, drafting and prosecution of patent applications, opposition and appeal proceedings as well as opinions and litigation in patent matters. Tutor in the CEIPI Basic Training Course for prospective patent attorneys since 2014.
Career and Experience
Undergraduate studies with a Major in Biochemistry at the University of California, Berkeley, graduate studies at the Biocenter of the University of Basel, Master of Advanced Studies in Intellectual Property, ETH Zürich. Practicing patent law in a patent attorney’s office in Zurich since 2007, mainly in the technical fields of biochemistry, molecular biology, pharmaceuticals, medical technology, chemistry and environmental technology.
